Susan Dewar
Susan began her career as an appraiser with our firm in 2003. Susan sharpened her skills as a residential appraiser and is now among the very top specialist in the field.

Susan earned a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University.   Susan became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2003.

Susan is active in a number of professional organizations. Susan treats every client with respect and integrity. Susan provides  land appraisals  in addition to residential appraisal services.

Susan enjoys horseback riding in her spare time. 

H. Charles "Chuck" Johnson, MSA
Chuck Johnson, MSA, has been a Certified  Appraiser since 1991. He is dedicated to helping clients by providing professional complex appraisal assignments to assist clients make ntelligent financial decisions. His patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard. Mr. Johnson is active in the appraisal of, land, subdivisions, commercial property, mining property, industrial property, farm and ranch.

Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from Western Illinois University in 1988. Mr. Johnson then went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate Degree from CIty Univesity School of Law, Los Angeles in 1991. He is a Associate  Member of the Appraisal Institute, Member of the The Mining Society Association, Member of  The American Society of Agriculture Appraisers, and is certified in Livestock, Farm Equipment, and Equine Appraisal.  Mr. Johnson holds a Senior Appraier Designation with the American Society of Agriculture Appraisers.  Mr. Johnson is one of the few that is a current AQB Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices Certified Instructor.  Mr. Johnson currently instructs various complex and non complex appraisal courses throughout the country. Mr. Johnson currently holds Certified General Appraiser credentials in the states of Arizona, Utah, Idaho and Montana.   Mr. Johnson is a recognized Tax Specialist.

In his spare time, Chuck enjoys flying and horse back riding.
